Welcome to Letters From Monday. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lettersfrommonday.com and your purchase or use of Letters From Monday subscriptions and related services.

By purchasing a subscription or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

About Letters From Monday

Letters From Monday provides a children's snail mail subscription inspired by the adventures of Monday, a real rescue rabbit. Subscription deliveries may include letters, activities, photographs, stickers, educational content, QR-linked content, and other surprises.

Subscriptions are intended to be purchased and managed by adults. A parent, guardian, or other adult purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information.

Subscription Plans

Letters From Monday offers monthly and annual subscription options for one or more pen pals.

Current subscription prices and plan details are displayed on our website and at checkout. U.S. shipping is included in the advertised subscription price unless otherwise stated.

For multi-pen-pal plans, each included recipient receives their own individually addressed subscription delivery.

We may change the prices or features of subscription plans in the future. Any changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notice requirements.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are recurring subscriptions.

The first monthly subscription payment is charged when the subscription is purchased.

After the initial payment, monthly subscriptions renew on the 17th of each month, beginning on the 17th of the following calendar month, and continue until canceled.

For example, a subscription purchased on September 21 will be charged at checkout and will next renew on October 17.

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize Letters From Monday and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription charges until the subscription is canceled.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are prepaid recurring subscriptions covering 12 months of service.

The full annual subscription price is charged when the subscription is purchased. Unless canceled before renewal, the subscription will automatically renew approximately one year from the original subscription date at the then-applicable annual subscription price.

By purchasing an annual subscription, you authorize Letters From Monday and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for each annual renewal until the subscription is canceled.

Signup Cutoff and Adventure Mail Schedule

Letters From Monday uses a monthly signup cutoff to prepare upcoming adventure mail.

The 15th of each month is the cutoff for the following month's adventure letter.

Adventure mail is generally mailed around the 20th of each month for the following month.

For example, a subscription completed on or before September 15 is eligible for the October adventure mailing scheduled to be sent around September 20.

A subscription completed after September 15 generally begins with the next applicable adventure-mail cycle.

Mailing dates are estimates and may occasionally change because of holidays, postal conditions, weather, operational circumstances, or other factors.

Welcome Letters

New subscribers receive a welcome letter after signup.

For subscriptions completed on or before the monthly cutoff, the welcome letter is separate from the upcoming month's adventure letter.

For subscriptions completed after the monthly cutoff, the welcome letter may serve as the recipient's first subscription mailing while they wait for the next adventure-mail cycle.

The timing of welcome letters may vary based on processing and postal delivery times.

Recipient Information

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information for each pen pal, including the recipient's name or preferred name and correct mailing address.

Letters From Monday is not responsible for delays, returned mail, or failed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the purchaser.

Please contact support@lettersfrommonday.com as soon as possible if recipient or mailing information needs to be corrected.

Shipping and Delivery

U.S. shipping is included with Letters From Monday subscriptions unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the postal carrier and destination and cannot be guaranteed.

Once a mailing has been transferred to the postal carrier, delivery timing may be outside our control.

If an expected adventure letter has not arrived by the last week of its intended month, please contact support@lettersfrommonday.com so we can review the situation.

Letters From Monday does not currently offer standard international subscriptions unless expressly stated otherwise.

Recurring Payments and Failed Payments

Recurring subscription payments are processed using the payment method associated with the subscription.

If a recurring payment fails, our payment processor may retry the payment or request updated payment information. Subscription fulfillment may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be successfully collected.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Monthly subscription renewals are processed on the 17th of each month.

Customers may cancel directly through the customer subscription portal before their next renewal is processed. To ensure a cancellation request submitted to us by email is processed before the upcoming renewal, please submit the request by the 15th of the month. Requests received after the 15th may not be processed before the upcoming renewal.

Annual subscriptions may be canceled before the next annual renewal to prevent another annual charge.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed or mailings that have already been prepared or sent.

To request assistance with a cancellation, contact support@lettersfrommonday.com. Customers may also manage and cancel their subscription through the customer subscription portal.

Refunds, Replacements, and Delivery Issues

Refund and replacement requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because Letters From Monday provides personalized physical mail and subscription materials, eligibility for refunds or replacements may depend on the circumstances and whether a mailing has already been prepared or sent.

Gifts and Multi-Recipient Subscriptions

A purchaser may purchase a subscription for another recipient or household.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to provide the recipient information and mailing address necessary to fulfill the subscription.

For multi-pen-pal plans, the number of individual recipients included is determined by the plan purchased.

Content and Activities

Letters From Monday content is intended for general educational, entertainment, and creative purposes.

Some activities may require adult supervision depending on the child's age, abilities, or materials involved. The purchasing adult is responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for the recipient.

QR codes or links included in subscription materials may lead to digital content hosted by Letters From Monday or third-party platforms. Access to such content may require an internet-connected device.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Letters From Monday name, branding, original letters, illustrations, photographs, activities, written content, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Letters From Monday and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subscription materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, sell, commercially distribute, or commercially exploit Letters From Monday materials without prior written permission.

Website and Service Availability

We work to keep our website and subscription service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every feature will always be available.

We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue portions of the website or service when reasonably necessary.

Third-Party Services

Letters From Monday uses third-party service providers to help operate the business, including services related to website hosting, payments, communications, and delivery.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in that policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Letters From Monday will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, subscription materials, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, we will revise the effective date shown at the top. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
